Working Flow:

1) When replenishing materials in the material warehouse, a tray separation frame is used to separate the boards and wooden pallets.

2）Use a forklift or crane to pick up the board and accurately place it on the pallet of the material warehouse with the loading positioning frame.

3）The lifting machine accurately lands the board onto the pallet in the material warehouse, automatically delivering it to the empty position of the material tower, and manually entering the board information in the material warehouse system.

4）When a certain specification of sheet metal is required for laser processing, the elevator automatically picks up the material from the storage location and delivers the entire pallet of sheet metal to the raw material truck below the material tower, which then moves to the laser raw material position.

5）After the laser processing is completed, the suction cup of the suction integrated machine absorbs the finished material, and the fork picks up the waste material and leaves above the laser cutting machine.

6）The suction cup feeding machine picks up the sheet metal, and the sheet metal will automatically shake and split (optional) to be processed on the exchange table of the laser cutting machine.

7) The suction cup feeding machine picks up the board and places it on the exchange platform of the laser cutting machine.

8) At the same time, the suction fork integrated machine walks above the waste bin, opens the material fork, and the waste falls into the waste bin.

9)The suction fork integrated machine continues to move above the finished product platform, and the finished materials are stacked and placed on the finished product platform.
